For me the beginning of a new school year not only means I finally get my kids out of my hair and get some peace and quiet after a crazy summer but it also signals it's time for my busy senior season. Jake, a Rifle High School senior, is my first one up for this year and it was fun to have the chance to photograph this football player on his home field.
I love the look of the mountains and the scoreboard/goalposts in this shot.
